Decision-makers do not need prices accurate to the cent, but they do need an order of magnitude for budgeting. Below are indicative starting prices for the three most common routes; we prepare an exact quotation after assessing your requirements, generally within one week.

Frequently asked questions
What is included in annual maintenance?
Hosting on our servers in Slovenia, technical updates, backups, HTTPS certificates and support during business hours. Annual renewal of the basic package starts at 222 €.
Who owns the data if we end our cooperation?
You do. Content and data can be exported when the service ends (text, images, catalogues and geo-points with coordinates), without additional conditions or buyout fees. The system is our own development, so there are no third-party licences that lock you in.
What is your response time?
We respond to enquiries within one working day. Support is available during business hours through podpora@racunalniske-resitve.si, with a unique ticket number; the PREMIUM service level includes a response on the next working day.
Can you migrate an existing CMS?
Yes. We modernise older websites in phases (routing and menus, forms, e-Communicator and analytics), from 444 €/phase. The upgrade does not interrupt your work.
How does public procurement work with you?
The value of the pilot generally allows procurement through a simplified record-based procedure, without a complex tender. We prepare specifications, an indicative investment and materials for the municipal council or executive committee.
