For us, digitalisation means translating your real-world offering, premises and activities into a well-structured digital model that you can then maintain yourself. It is not a one-off website, but a system that grows with you.
How the process works and how long it takes
- Current-state assessment (1 to 2 weeks, requiring approximately 2 hours of your time): we review your existing sources, content and processes, then recommend priorities.
- Information hub (2 to 4 weeks): your organisation receives a digital foundation with a complete visual identity, domain and email.
- Modules using a LEGO-style approach (as agreed): e-news, e-catalogue, e-gallery, e-communicator and geo-content. We add them as needed, with each module forming a complete, self-contained solution.
- Handover and self-service admin portal training (half a day): you manage the content yourself while we take care of the technical infrastructure.
A real-world example
The Savinjska regional platform was created as an information hub with Geo Index KAM: providers, events and routes are entered once, then displayed on the website, map and calendar. The result: more than 900 geo-points, more than 400 providers and a 122% increase in visits between 2024 and 2025. See the References page for details.
